After many years of research dancer and fitness expert Sheyla Cintron has developed a revolutionary new workout format called SALT, which stands for Sculpting, Aerobic, Lengthening Technique.

​The SALT program features the “SALT” Stick, created especially for SALT. Sheyla has combined her background in Pilates, strength training, martial arts and dance to create a truly unique format that will get you sweating and in shape in no time!

About Sheyla

Sheyla Cintron is a classically trained ballet dancer with such a passion for fitness that in her native country of Puerto Rico she began researching anything having to do with fitness. She memorized all of Jane Fonda’s videos, trained with Raquel Welch yoga books and followed every fitness guru at the time (Jake, Guilad, Denise Austin, Kathy Smith) and at age 8 she choreographed, mixed her own music and produced (home movie) her very own work out video!
