Susan T. Alterman

With more than 20 years of experience working on commercial lending and creditors’ rights matters, Susan Alterman focuses her practice on national and community commercial banking and lending. She assists a variety of financial institutions in structuring and enforcing the terms of real estate and asset-based credit facilities, including loan documentation, underwriting considerations, and regulatory matters. She also counsels business clients on commercial loans and workouts.
