Salvador Villacreces

I hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering, and specialized in Craft brewery.

I have worked in several breweries, and currently I am the head brewer of Cervecería Clandestina, in Panamá.

I am also Certified judge of BJCP (Beer Judge Certifucation Programme), and I have judged in some nationals and internationals beers competitions.

Furthermore I am PhD student in craft beer trends.

I am passionate about beer, brewing, research, gastronomy and enjoy traveling.
