Who knew that someday it would be acceptable to admit my affinity for beach combing, junking, treasure hunting and dumpster diving? I don't know what clicked but I've recently been making creative decor from my collected piles of upcycled objects of old wood, rusty scrap, driftwood, etc. Didn't plan on it but most pieces seem to have a beach or shore theme like sailboats or cottages, and a few bikes. Everything is made from scrap except for a few of the sails. My pieces have a classic vintage kind of feel to them and they're a blast to make. I'm kind of diggin' them. What do you think?
