Salvatore J Armao

A leader in the financial services sector who lives in the Queens neighborhood of Howard Beach, New York, Salvatore J. Armao earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Brooklyn College. He also holds more than a half-dozen professional certifications, ranging from personal financial specialist and chartered global management accountant to forensic certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner. Salvatore J. Armao has served as the managing partner of Armao LLP for more than five years.

To augment and inform his professional activities, Salvatore J. Armao maintains active membership in multiple professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. He has also chaired the Nassau Chapter of the NYSSCPA Accounting and Auditing Committee and sat on the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plans Committee in Washington, DC.
