Sam Chekwas

Sam Chekwas studied Greek Philology at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki Greece where he also received a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery ) degree. He is the author of several books in Greek and English, a lecturer, educator and social commentator. In 1990 he founded the Aristole Dental and Medical Group and in 1994 he founded Seaburn Associates, a global Publishing and Consulting company dedicated to Business, Education, Culture & Tourism. Seaburn Publishing is a small press with over 700 titles in print. Sam Chekwas is also a Public Relations Consultant with expertise in public health, the Media, non-profits, entertainment, schools, government and politics. He is a highly regarded public speaker with fluency in Greek, English and Ibo languages. He has been featured and interviewed in many media outlets including NBC - New York, the NY Times, the Greek Herald Kirikas Newspaper and the Amsterdam News.

Sam Chekwas was born in Nigeria and is considered an honorary Greek citizen and was recognized by the Greek government as the Ambassador of Hellenism for his work with Greek language and culture. He also serve at the board of the Elekwa Memorial Foundation dedicated to bringing quality education, job training and mentorship to the youth.
