My job was to manage and motivate a customer service staff of 140 people and help bring feedback into new product innovations.My experience includes teaching in NV at a large pharmaceutical company that offered sales training and role play in English to improve their sales performance and also the learning curve that comes from founding three successful entrepreneurial companies in America. In addition I worked for a Seattle company that launched the juicing health trend and was a pioneer in the use of infomercials.
