​Samuel Adebayo Adeniji (born 1st Nov, 1989), known professionally as Psam, is the LEAD MENTOR at the SAM ADENIJI MENTORSHIP ACADEMY (Sam-Academy), a platform with a mission to transform ordinary followers into exceptional leaders. We have a Proven record in Purpose,Career and Leadership Development with over 1400 youths & young Teenagers attended our Training and Seminars in just 2years. He is also a United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Advocate in Nigeria with a focus on QUALITY EDUCATION (Goal 4).

In 2012, he authored his first book, 31 GOLDEN RULES OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE. After which he has authored another 5 books including the mind blowing series – STANDOUT! Don’t blend in & HOW TO BE AN “A” STUDENT.

In January 2018, Sam established his dream school, GENIUS SCIENCE ACADEMY, a pure practical school that focuses on developing kids/students to become an innovator.

In January 2017, Sam Adeniji introduced his mentoring academy. As he explains it, “our academy was born out of the passion to see everyone becoming & Fulfilling their Gods given potential with the mandate to leave every youths better than we found them.

Sam is a seasoned Career Success Catalyst, motivational teacher and the CEO of GENIUS MIND CONSULT, (an Education consultancy, people & Career development firm based in the capital city of Ondo state, Nigeria ) He holds vast experience as a Human Resources professional; Emotional Intelligence; Talent Management; Job Competency profiling; Leadership,Purpose Discovery, Self mastery and training.

Sam is a member of Worldmerit organization and currently the Ambassador for United Nations Global Goals 4 in Nigeria. He is a member of Young African Leaders Initiative, YALI, the CEO HIGHFLYERS INITIATIVE, an organization with presence in 6 States in Nigeria. Sam is a highly skilled trainer,learning facilitator and a growth strategist. A leader to many young leaders across Africa.
