Samad considers youth empowerment as a purpose to live – that keeps him young people discover and maximize their potential. Having a second life after recovering from cancer, he became a passionate dreamer with a strong belief to live an impactful life for self and others.

As an educator and trainer, he derives his philosophies from various sources including the powerful events in his life, extensive traveling, aspiration for learning, a strong faith and a drive to leave a legacy.

He is graduated as Outdoor Educator from the world’s leading National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), USA. He is also qualified in the skills of Wilderness First Responder, Leave No Trace and Train the Trainer from American Management Association, USA. He is skilled in Trekking, Rock climbing, Mounting biking, Canoeing, Sea Kayaking, Snorkeling and Caving. Being a passionate adventurer, he believes in wilderness as the basic institution to teach him the lessons of leadership and teamwork.

Having 10 plus years of corporate training experience, he has lead the Corporate Xpeditions team in planning, designing, delivering the outdoor leadership and team building programs as per expected outcomes by clients. Some of his corporate clients include British American Tobacco, Shell, Pepsi, Nokia Siemens, Teradata, UBL, Toyota, KAPCO, Engro etc.

Samad is first to represent Pakistan at National Outdoor Leadership School and Association of Experiential Education, USA. Samad holds an Executive Endeavor Award from the Australian Department of Education and Training. Internationally, he has worked with leading outdoor training providers in Australia, Malaysia and UK.

Samad is passionate for and has also delivered personal development programs for Pakistani Youth representing KPK, Baluchistan, Sindh, Punjab and Kashmir.

His signature programs are Moving Mountains, Be Your Best and Chasing Snow Leopard.

Samad, when not on expedition, loves to spend time with his family including a wife and two kids in Islamabad.
