Samah Omer

The Head of Urban Planning Section at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, where she oversees designing, promoting and administering government plans and policies affecting: land use, zoning, public utilities, community facilities, housing, and transportation. Samah has over 7 years of experience in project management, IT projects, system integration, data QC and governance. In her spare time, Samah loves to read, make crochet articles, arts and crafts and listening to music.
