Samantha Gafvert

Samantha, (more commonly known as Sam), has always had a passion for both music and adventure. These interests drew her away from her hometown in the Bay Area of California to attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and to pursue a major in Music Industry Leadership and Organization, as well as a minor in Managerial Leadership.

Sam was promoted to Agent Assistant just a mere three weeks after joining the 1680PR team, and has been an integral part in the launching and establishment of 1680Entertainment, a new Nashville-based division of 1680, LLC. 1680Entertainment combines all artist-related 360-degree business ventures into one internal management group, and the company's primary function is the continued whole development of our roster artists’ careers: branding, imaging, positioning, digital marketing, music publishing and licensing, tour management, brand sponsorship/ambassadorship negotiation, endorsement brokering and more. Sam manages the operations of all 1680-branded departments, and has the privilege of wokring with Grammy-winning talents, #1 Hit songwriters and music producers, and performing artists.

When Sam isn't busy busting down the door of the Nashville music scene at 1680, she spends her time finishing up her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt, serving as President in her acapella group, the Vanderbilt Swingin' Dores, and traveling the world.
