I think the most important thing to remember in life is that if you don't respect yourself, no one else will either.
My first memory about school was the first time I got sick. I had gone to kindergarten with a fever, and when the class was making its way into the classroom, the teacher knew something was wrong so she sent me home. For the rest of the day, I thought I had done something wrong.
The teacher that had the most influence on me was my 5th grade teacher. I remember how on the last day of school she gave every student in class a certificate, and how mine said "Most Artistic."
My friends were people named Joshua, Ashley, Anya, Alisha, and more! I remember how during summer vacation I would meet up with friends everyday to play BS Poker with them.
I've never seen someone being bullied, it always seemed to happen when I looked away or wasn't there. To strangers, I would treat them politely, but to friends, I would treat them more casually.
My family consists of my parents who are chemists, and my two grand-parents who are on my mother's side, both very old now. I also have two sisters, one in CMU and one in UCLA. Underneath me I have a mischeievious younger brother who is currently in preschool.
Some words of wisdom my parents that they want me to have is to have fun but work hard. These words of wisdom are important since sometimes people forget that their llife isn't all about education and making money.
As a person, I am a shy and somewhat emotional person. If you get to know me though, I am a rather loud, stubborn, and blunt person. I have learned in my life that I'm much like my father when I'm angry, and that's bad.
If I could change one thing about my personality, I would change how hot-tempered I am since it has gotten me in trouble and even had me lose a friend.
I have learned that if you don't like someone, you can just easily ingore them, and everything's fine. Also, you can easily tell who's really your friend by how easily you can talk to them.
For the rest of my time in middle school, I hope to keep my good grades and to also earn many new friends. Maybe even earn as award in 8th grade for something.
Both during and after high school, I hope to either become an intern for a company or just simply have a part time job.
I plan to obtain this goal by working hard and by learning how to also manage my time for everything.
