Samantha Reichstein

I’m Samantha Reichstein, a 20 year old Journalism student at the University of Texas. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I have taken my passions for writing, blogging and story-telling to the city of Austin, with hopes of sharing my work with the public.

Having studied, volunteered, and traveled throughout the country of Israel on a gap-year program before starting college, I found a love for adventure and enriching experiences that I can hold on to forever. My year abroad not only allowed me to create indescribable memories, but allowed my passion for news to grow even more.

Ultimately, I aspire to continue telling stories for the rest of my life. Whether that be working my way up in a well-established magazine, reporting international events or editing and directing behind the scenes, journalism has always been a part of my life and will hopefully follow me on my path towards a career.
