Samantha Banks

I am a generalist who has specialized in selling air for the past five years and was in charge of directing a charity that is now considered to be at the forefront of young adult education and engagement in Toronto. I allude to selling air because I didn’t sell a tangible product. I sold a feeling- a feeling to belong, to give back and become the best version of yourself.

Every position I’ve held I’ve started from scratch, being given the opportunity to grow a brand, mobilize a team, inspire leadership, cultivate clients, create events and save MONEY, by revamping all operational systems.

However, I believe to my core that a strong operational system with the proper policies and procedures in place, allows for substantial fluidity and growth. Anticipating ones needs and truly understanding the personalities around the table, is the formula for maintaining moral and high expectations in a results driven environment.

I am known as a fixer. Business minded with exceptional communication skills. Independent and creative, extremely hardworking and driven. Always craving to learn, but quickly, because time is money. Logical, analytical, efficient, detailed oriented and ultra organized. Reliable and trustworthy with my own spunk and flair that typically has a little glitter somewhere. I am motivated by farfetched goals, exceeding expectations and a little friendly competition.

The job will always get done and it will look effortless.

I was born with an infectious personality that people gravitate towards because I believe that trust, respect and the right amount of attention are what make people happy.

Being the ideal team player and knowing when to listen with your ears open are two philosophies I live by.
