Before starting my consulting business, I worked in international marketing for The Coca-Cola Company in Russia, Asia and at headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

My background is in theatre, film and languages. I speak fluent Russian and bad French, Spanish and sign language. I studied cuisine and patisserie at the Ritz-Escoffier Ecole de Gastronomie in Paris, France, but still routinely burn toast and pine nuts.

My husband Christopher, a Spiritual Director, and I reside in a college town called Conway with our Weimaraner, Eowyn, Pit Bull mix, Shmuley and Tonkinese cat, Lilah. We escape the brutal Arkansas summers each year by heading to Martha’s Vineyard.
