Samantha Louras

Samantha Louras is a Usability Specialist at the Design and Usability Center. Samantha brings experience in all aspects of the user-centered design process including user research, heuristic reviews, and usability evaluations. Her background includes commercial photography, graphic design, web design, and marketing. Her unique blend of creative and user experience capabilities brings a fresh perspective. Samantha holds a BA in Advertising and Photography from UMass-Amherst, later graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography, and received her MBA and MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. She is a member of the Usability Professionals’ Association and Boston UPA.
