Hello! My name is Sam Nguyen and I am currently a journalism and global studies major at the University of Oregon's Clark Honors College.

I aspire to become a travel writer in the future so that I can use writing to bring people across the world closer together.

Outside of school, I work as the Money & Career section editor at the media start-up Parachute Media and as an associate editor at Ethos Magazine. At both publications, I work closely with writers to produce engaging written content that amplify the stories of marginalized communities.

In my free time, I like to cook vegetarian food, watch movies, and daydream about traveling the world.
