Sam Ritz

Hello All! So I don't really know where to begin... I guess from the start would be the right place.. I am a 26 year old woman who is living in Washington D.C (techincally Arlington, Va, but I like to keep it simple). I grew up learning to cook from my grandma who is my biggest inspiration as well as my mom. Lucky for me they were both great cooks who were more than willing to share their knowledge and love for food. Beyond cooking and filling bellies to make people happy I love animals (specifically my sister's golden retriever and chiwiennie), taking day trips to Virginia's wine country to do some 'tasting', and spending time with my family and friends. So all in all, a pretty typical young lady trying to make the world a little better one bite at a time!
