I am a 2012 graduate of Emerson College looking to pursue a career in social media and content marketing. I have enjoyed working both on and off the camera. While at Emerson College I was a student reporter for the AP award winning station, WEBN. I was given the opportunity to attend MLB spring training in Florida two years in a row to host and produce a half hour special on the Grapefruit League. I took full advantage of internships with WMUR-9 in Manchester, N.H. and WHDH-7 in Boston, M.A.

After graduating I worked as a freelance sports writer for the Cabinet Press based out of Hudson, N.H. and as the Social Media/Community Relations assistant with the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. After success in both positions I took a year off to pursue a year dedicated to community service as Miss New Hampshire 2013 through the Miss America Organization.

My year as Miss New Hampshire 2013 was life changing. I had the opportunity to travel my state as a public speaker and volunteer. I earned over $25,000 in scholarship money and was awarded two awards for my vocal talent at the national Miss America Competition that took place in Atlantic City, N.J.

Most recently I worked as the media assistant with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. This past season I enjoyed writing the weekly e-newsletter distributed to almost 60,000 contacts including season ticket holders and sponsors. On top of the newsletter, I contributed to the game day program handed out at every game. On game days, I was the main contact for local and visiting press. I collected and distributed line-ups, stats, and game notes in order to create an easy work environment in the press box. My interviewing skills came into play often as I interviewed players and coaches for both informative and feature pieces for the website. I also had experience producing and editing videos for YouTube viewers and in-game promotions.
