I am a multi cultural entrepreneur that loves to socialize and think out loud. Born and raised in Sweden, with a swedish mother and a father from India. My grandmother was from Poland and grandfather from Denmark. I have lived in Sweden, Denmark, Israel and Switzerland.

I work as a mentor, board member and as a executive search partner at Amrop. I am also member of the board at Malmoe University faculty TS, Teknopol AB and Drivkraft Malmö.

I have 21 years of entrepreneurial experience whereof 14 years as CEO. I was the CEO of Apptus from the start in 2000 until 2006. I was the founder and CEO of Epsilon IT which grew from 0 to about 300 MSEk 2006-2012. I was member of the executive board at Epsilon group. I worked as a CEO within EVRY which is the second largest IT company in the nordic region.

I have the great fortune to act as a mentor to a couple of highly skilled professionals. They teach me a lot and hopefully I can give them something in return.

My education that have built my experience: Rapid growth leadership, Ahrens University Adapted MBA for leaders of rapid growth companies Business economy, University of commerce, Stockholm Master of Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Lund Institute of Technology.

I am Married to Christina Aston with two children born 2000 and 2002. Resident in Sibbarp in the outskirts of Malmoe. In my spare time I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My interests are everything that makes life more enjoyable which includes things like music, film, art, food, wine, malt whisky and champagne. Me and my family like to travel and we prefer active vacations such as skiing in the alps. I like to work out in different ways such as bicycling, jogging, strength training and playing floorball. The social interaction is very important in my life as it is in my line of work. Therefore a lot of our social life is interconnected with my business life in different social events.
