Sam Cothron is a dedicated Computer Science student at Savannah State University and the founder of Shot By Bam, a growing photography and videography business based in Georgia. Originally from Warner Robins, Sam’s fascination with technology began at the age of six and naturally evolved into a passion for visual storytelling as he got older.

At sixteen, he discovered a love for capturing and editing visuals that tell meaningful stories. By twenty, after saving up for his first camera, Sam officially began his creative journey and launched Shot By Bam in 2024. Since then, he has produced business advertisements, church service recordings, prom photoshoots, wedding films, and music videos— each crafted with precision and care.

Sam’s philosophy is simple: every project should be captured in 4K and tell a story worth remembering. His commitment to quality and creativity continues to drive his work, helping clients bring their visions to life through powerful visuals.
