Sameen Almas

My specialization in Human Development and Childhood Studies has provided me with a perspective to understand the changes that occur during the course of one's lifespan. It covered the broad disciplines of sociology, psychology and child development.

I understant how significant it is to appreciate people's cultures, contexts and customs. We all become into persons based on our socialization patterns and our words and actions are determined by what we have learnt. I realize it's important to thus respect people in light of their 'context'.

I am an avid reader, and prefer to read classical literature. Music moves me like nothing else, and I can listen to it all day.
