Sameer Ashraf

I started out as an artist seven years ago, but over the years my portfolio has expanded to include photography, Videography and Direction. Profilic resume includes a stint with MTV IGGY as the Director of photography, also stints with Associated Media, International tribune, Mcline films and Circus Motion Pictures. Worked as lead facuty for NGO's Skill Pro and JKCCS. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Mass Communication And Multimedia Production and two year diploma in Applied Art. My work documents the human cost of the conflict of Kashmir, my homeland and have been exhibited among other places at Indian Habitat Center and Holland Art House. An interest in applied art led to active participation in theatre and TV and worked as an Artist and actor on many theatre and TV production for Doordarshan. I am Presently working for a London based agency "Barcroft Media" as Production Manager and am responsible for the aesthetics of Photographs and Video
