For more than 25 years, I played various roles in software development and IT organizations. I started my Agile journey 2008. I believe that technical craftsmanship is what finally counts to deliver valuable software, however, there are opportunities for improving delivery by embracing experimentation, safety, agile-mindset and appropriate organizational structure. I got more than my fair share of failures to know that many problems are related to how we frame the the work and enable people.

As Agile Coach, I help various teams adopting Scrum, and, implementing experimental product management and Human Centered Design. To enable transformation, I work with various leaders to adopt scaling and coordination across Agile Teams.
