Sam Gill

I’m Sam Gill, a 67-year-old Sikh man born in Northern India in 1957 and raised in the UK since 1959. I grew up in Derby, completed my schooling there, and moved to Nottingham in 1984 where I still live today. Over the years, I worked as a shop proprietor and later as a Business Administration Officer at Rolls-Royce for 22 years before retiring in 2019. My book The Tree of Immortality shares my journey and is part of the rich tradition of biography memoir books that capture real life across generations.
