Sam Hillman

Hi! My name's Sam.

I'm a Recruitment Consultant from Birmingham with an interest in how Talent can drive change within an organization and how this process can be improved, in both enterprise and start-up environments. I'm also interested in how personal profiling can help bring improvements to both the recruitment process and existing team performance.

I started my professional career in direct sales, working in a high-pressure, results-driven environment. I quickly moved from a pure sales role into a role where I was responsible for the recruitment, training and management of new sales staff. In this role I was one of the top performing managers and helped train the top performing sales teams.

I now look after CV Bay's London IT Recruitment division, working with some of the worlds largest companies to help them find new IT Staff.
