Sam Holzmann
ai and Consultant in Berlin
I work with AI.
Email, lifecycle, revenue ops, content, the stuff that decides if the pipeline is full or empty next month. Not cost-cutting, not internal dashboards, not workshops.
Right now I work mostly with healthcare practices and real estate teams, because that's where the gap between what AI can do and what those businesses actually use is the widest. That might change in six months. The tools move fast, the work changes, I follow where the biggest constraint is.
What it usually looks like:
• Email and lifecycle infrastructure: sending, personalization, nurture, reactivation, cohort-of-one flows
• Revenue ops: lead gen, scoring, routing, pipeline health, whatever's broken in the revenue machine
• AI front desks for practices and teams: book, qualify, follow up, 24/7, in any language
• Content engines: one idea, 20 usable assets across platforms, on a schedule
• Custom agents when the off-the-shelf thing doesn't fit
• Internal copilots: proposals, intake, transcription, reporting, the stuff that costs you evenings
I don't sell strategy decks. I ship working systems. Monitored, observable, documented, and they keep running after I leave. That's the whole point.
If you're solving a revenue problem by hiring another human, talk to me first. There's almost always a build that does it cheaper, faster, and doesn't take PTO.
