For me being an entrepreneur is a matter of state of mind. In fact our motivation for work is closely related to our aspiration for work according to personal values, so it is a question of state of mind, at a given time we have a vision and we are free from the fear to leave an employee status to become an entrepreneur.

I thrive to set in motion people in order that the motivation for the project actors is liberated in favor of the project. I believe in these values and their practices are the first key to success as an entrepreneur.

My entrepreneurial state of mind and my experience in developing multidisciplinary projects starting from an idea until the creation and management of a start-up and creating a corporate culture, leads me to deeply believe that I will succeed as an entrepreneur for the different phases of the development of Stignergy.
