The written world will always be a valuable form of communication.
Two of my passions are writing and communications. During my five years at the University of Toronto Mississauga I pursued a double major in Communications Culture Information Technology and Professional Writing & Communications.
A few of the skills I've developed include writing for a variety of audiences, organizing ideas, information, communicating clearly and effective to a wide variety of purposes including marketing, speeches, proposals, presentations, fiction, non-fiction, creating entertaining and persuasive messages, paying attention to detail, editing skills, creating multimedia documents, a critical analysis of media, evaluating ideas and research, planning, managing and problem solving, working in independently, as well as teams, and working with deadlines to name a few.
These are skills I've used as a Research Assistant for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, the Editorial Assistant for UofT Magazine, and as the Marketing Assistant for the ICCIT Department. I've also lead PR teams for two different conferences.
I am an avid reader, I love to write and I have a passion for creativity.
Don't mistake everything you've read as a page that doesn't reflect a millennial. My IT skills include Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, as well as the Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver. I am also active on social media as you'll see below (or tying my name into Google).
