I am a Postdoc researcher at Lakeside Labs GmbH, Klagenfurt with interests in communications and coordination in drone networks. I completed my PhD (with distinction) from University of Klagenfurt, Austria in 2021. During my PhD, I was a guest researcher at Carnegie Mellon University (USA) in 2016. My PhD dissertation tackled multi-drone network design for search and rescue missions. I am very interested in developing new and innovative drone use-cases and their solutions. In this regard, I have been actively developing business ideas since 2018. I also provide consulting services in innovative drone industrial use-case development, and mentor young minds at business development boot camps and hackathons. Developing drone networks has also made me interested in the social implications of using new technologies. In this respect, I have advocated for ethical use of technologies at events such as Gates' Foundation's Goalkeepers, re:publica, TEDx and Ars Electronica Festival.
