Sameer prepare and file domestic trademark applications of renowned worldwide companies along with other responsibilities such as maintenance of documents; analysis on reports; conduct searches and provide opinions of search results for proposed trademarks; perform online search of evidence of use of trademarks; and generate documents for filing with government agencies/departments. Sameer have also handled opposition as well as cancellation matters. Sameer has developed high skills in his seven years of legal experience by working in a fast-paced and demanding organization and he is now able to solve problems, multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently and within teams, writing skills, effective communication.
