Samuel Hill

I am currently an administrative assistant with the NPEL. I have a variety of roles with a main focus of accounting, including but not limited to invoicing, payroll, general accounting, ordering, issuing summons and CCJs, investigating covenants and deeds, land registry checks, constructing reports, taking minutes, and managing and adapting an evolving, complex filing system. I also deal with a large amount of client and resident queries, offering support, contact, and working with community units (such as PCOs, environmental officers, solicitors, and the police). Every day is different and being adaptive is key.

Previously, I was an assistant manager for Caffé Nero and handled stock control and payroll. During my employment, I improved team relations acting as a connection between staff and management and handled training. I also emphasised quality assurance to retain standards and improve sales.

I have an eye for detail, a cooperative manner, and excellent communication skills.

I am very good with technology and work on Windows, Linux, and Mac builds and have a plethora of knowledge on their workings and network solutions as well as a great deal of experience with a variety of editing tools, office variants, and performance tweaking.

In my own time I concentrate on learning Japanese, writing fiction, and implementing fun and technical solutions in the home.
