Sam Westlake is a lover of life, live music, podcasts, travel, juggling and of all things beautiful in the world.
He founded digital agency iSolve in 2001, transforming lives and businesses, leading teams in the delivery of exceptional digital solutions in the UK until the end of 2014.
In 2014, Sam focused on co-founding Sea Salt Learning Ltd, helping to deliver Social Leadership skills across the globe through Enterprise-level coaching, digital products and learning solutions. Sam became a Non-Exec Director of SeaSalt Learning in 2015.
Joining digital service and product innovation company Base as their Project Director at the beginning of 2015. Sam brought his experience and enthusiasm to their growing dynamic UK team. The mission: to be a catalyst for social innovation.
In 2016, Sam rejoined Sea Salt Learning to design and lead Agile Transformations for organisations. He remains an advisor to the board at Base.
