Sam Kelley, age 54, has over thirty years of experience in financial services with an emphasis in brokerage and banking disciplines. Core Competencies include corporate financial advisory for public/private companies and financing of emerging asset classes. Sam has a vast experience in consulting to public/private companies, especially as it relates to a “going Public” transaction. Sam has acted in a corporate financial advisory capacity to over 200 public/ private companies since 1984.
For 20 years of his life he worked with major institutions in sophisticated financing for private and public markets. Where he has handled or participated in over 1.5 billion in transactions, with investment companies like Shearson Lehman, and Morgan Stanley. Operating with Series 3, Series 5, Series 7 Series 44, Series 52, and Series 63 licenses from FINRA he worked with institutional clients only.
In 1996 Sam sold his interest in Granite Capital Management to pursue interest in the Industrial recycling field where he quickly became a major integrator in the material handling industry. Sam has removed and installed over 95 million square feet of equipment all over the globe, for companies such as Timex, Toysrus, 3M, MBM Foods, The US Air force, and others. He has enjoyed the ability to trade or reclaim the equipment associated with distribution and manufacturing and has recycled over 10 million tons of metal.
With current interest in several companies Sam continues to work in a consulting capacity with several large corporations on expansions and contractions to their asset structure. With a background in emerging companies, he has acquired interest in several and has been able to expand his services and abilities to cover turnkey type approach to full capacity plants and operation centers.
