Samora Jwambi

I was born on 17 October 1977.

I have an absolute passion for customer service. In fact, my passion is excellent customer service. I'm employed by the City of Cape Town, on the MyCiTi bus project.

It's mostly a challenge, but without challenges, what are we living for?

I see myself as being part of history in the making because we are still at the very early stages of rolling out the service to several parts of Cape Town and changing people's lives, for the better, as far as public transportation is concerned.

All I can say is: 'Wow, what a ride...so far (pun intended)'.
