He has worked in many Indian and multi-national companies holding senior positions, in the field of Sales, Marketing, Administration, Finance and Production, having experience of over 35 years, employed in Professional Organizations, like TVS, BLUE STAR Limited, DAIKIN Air-conditioning India Pvt Ltd, Western Refrigeration Limited, and Managing Director of AirRef Green Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd for 11 Years, currently operating a profitable company as Sole Proprietor of AirRef Engineers and Consultants for the past 18 years.
An Entrepreneur with wide exposure in schools for over 15 years mainly through marketing of his products & services, which has prompted him to bring about a change in the education system, he has a Masters in Sociology, Post-Graduate in Marketing Management-PGDMM, and Post-Graduation in Educational Technology -PGDET and with a Hc.PhD Doctorate in Philosophy in Education, (Educational Reforms & Innovative Teaching Methods)
He has pioneered the new concept of Core Learning Schools, Methods of Teaching/ Learning with the use of Technology for achieving quality mass education for all, in rural and remote locations, develop interest & desire in the students for learning, and achieving maximum GER in schools and colleges, with low GDP ratio spend by the governments.
