Sam Quawasmi, along with co-founder Chris Thomas, launched Eureeca.com after an extensive career in the financial markets and investment banking industry. Prior to launching Eureeca.com, he served as the Director of MENA Equities at Arqaam Capital, a leading investment bank currently recognized as the fastest-growing bank in the Middle East and North Africa. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Quawasmi also advised emerging market fund managers as the Vice President of MENA Equities at Shuaa Capital. He has also served as an Associate and Senior Associate for HSBC Investment Bank and Tokyo Mitsubishi.
A graduate of Nottingham on Trent University in the UK, Sam Quawasmi studied Business Administration and graduated with BA Honours. He also holds a Master of Science in International Capital Markets from the University of Brighton in the UK.
