The Product Architecture approach

Given a business vision and approach, the Product Architect is responsible for the creation of an actionable product solution.

By modelling the core concepts I can quickly build and sustain a consistent narrative for the business case with both technology and business stakeholders. Working as a Product Manager or Product Architect; I thrive on untangling messy concepts and generating excitement for a shared product vision.

My approach:

• Use Case analysis that validates solution goals

• Concept and process modelling to define 'best-fit' solutions

• Defining scopes for phased delivery

• Maintaining a strong sync and working relationship with Software Architects and lead engineers

• Overseeing the delivery of detailed functional requirements

• Ensuring validation of software solutions with stakeholders and Product Managers.

• Maintaining an alignment of the overall technology vision with the long term product vision and strategy.
