I work for AT&T in Chicago.
I am the narrowband organization's technology manager and handle everything tech, from software to hardware and everything in between. I also built and maintain our website "WorkBook" (Using nothing but MS Notepad)...which folks here fondly refer to as "Sam's Website".
WorkBook is an app driven call center tracking tool that helps front line managers share information and aids in providing transparency for things that used to be done on your desktop with Excel etc...It also helps service agents keep track of thier work time and offers a simple place to keep links so that everyone can find them.
WorkBook is used throughout the country by over 50 AT&T call centers.
