Sam Solakyan
Sam Solakyan leverages more than 10 years of experience in the medical technology field to his role as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Holdings, Inc., which he founded in 2003. Starting with the company’s first venture, Global Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Solakyan has added several subsidiary companies to the Global Holdings roster, including Paramount Management Services, Inc., Vital Imaging, Inc. and Global Pharmaceuticals, LLC. In addition to his duties at Global Holdings, Sam contributes his expertise to Paramount Management Services and Vital Imaging as CEO. Also under the Global Holdings umbrella is Global MDX, a healthcare technology company specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging machines including weight-bearing, multi-positional MRI’s.
Outside of his business endeavors, Sam Solakyan supports a number of community events such as the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. In 2011, Mr. Solakyan donated to the city of Glendale, California, to ensure that it would be able to construct its float and participate in the parade. Other recipients of his generosity include schools in the Los Angeles Unified School district, the Glendale Police and Fire Departments, and the Burbank Family Service Agency. Moreover, he contributes to Covenant House California, a branch of a nationwide organization committed to combating youth homelessness. Sam Solakyan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix, and is earning his Master’s in business administration in healthcare from the George Washington University School of Business. Currently, he serves on the Board of Governors of Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California.
