Samson Haileyesus

Samson Haileyesus is a veteran of the Addis Ababa writing scene, working as a journalist, editor and communications consultant. Getting his start in the early 2000s in print by first working as a cub reporter at the weekly African regional newspaper, the Sub Saharan Informer eventually serving as editor of the paper. He has also worked for Addis Guide, Inside Ethiopia Traveler, Fortune Newspaper and as a correspondent for the Associated Press and several other publications. Samson first joined Selam Ethiopia in 2010 as a PR and Press coordinator leading up to his current position as Communications and Marketing Coordinator where his duties including public outreach, branding, media relations and marketing.
