I’m not a salesman, I am an "Accredited Buyers Representative", I don’t ‘sell’ homes even though I am responsible for the sale of millions of dollars of real estate each year. I accomplished these ‘sales’ as a real estate assistant and advisor representing numerous buyers and sellers.

When I represent buyers, my job and purpose is not to ‘sell’ them a home, but rather help them find and purchase a home that is right for them. Buyers don’t need to be pushed, prodded or “sold”, they need information and advise. Once the right home is found, they make the decision to “buy” and I assist in negotiating the best possible price and terms and navigating the complexities of the transaction.

When representing sellers, my job and purpose is not to ‘sell’ their home but rather, find a buyer. That requires an intense marketing campaign; not salesmanship. I draw on more than 12 years marketing experience to identify the right market and marketing channels to ensure success. When an offer is made, I assist in negotiating with the buyers to ensure we acheive the most favorable price and terms and navigating through the complexities of the transaction.
