Sam Bulmer

Professionally, I am known as the Maven [trusted expert] of the Tetrad [group of four] of Process Engineering, Process Enhancement, Performance Assurance and Instructional Design. I am ex-Air Force, ex-GE and ex-AT&T; and proud to have been associated with all three. Currently, I am available for work at any level of the Tetrad through my own company the Paradigm Development Group. I am also the father of four and grandfather of two. And, a Texan.
