Hello,

My name is Samuel and I am a Yacht Charter & Sales Broker at Northrop & Johnson. I have more than 15 years of experience in the Yachting Industry and I speak French, English, some Spanish and I am working to improve my Portuguese.

My dual French-Brazilian citizenship has led me to travel often around the world and has given me the taste and passion for meeting different cultures and people. It is this spirit that has allowed me to intuitively connect and understand the needs of my clients, regardless of their origins, and to provide them with the personal attention needed to create their perfect Luxury Yacht Charter.

My Past

I started my career in yachting as teenager, working during my holidays onboard the S/Y Doriana a 39-meter Classic Sailing operated both privately and for Charter. Since then, I have experienced almost all facets of the yachting industry, from operations to commercial and successfully coordinated hundreds of Luxury Yacht Charters and numerous Luxury Yacht Sales.

I studied both in France and in Miami, Florida and after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in international business management and marketing, I joined one of the leading brokerage houses in 2007 Monaco. This was a great springboard that quickly created an opportunity for me to fly with my own wings by co-creating a brokerage house with two business partners. After many exciting years building up our company reputation, as well as my knowledge and expertise of the yachting industry, I decided it was time to take up a new challenge to continue striving for excellence by joining the many talented individuals at Northrop & Johnson in 2015.

I am thankful for everyday and I look forward to sharing my knowledge, happiness and enthusiasm with as many people as possible and for many years to come.

1. As far as I remember I have always been attracted to the sea.
2. I recently learned that sharks are the only known fish that can blink with both eyes.
3. I was adopted from Brazil by a French family when I was just a baby.
