Samuel Lee Burnham, or “Sam”, as he is known by his friends, is U.S. born and U.S. based. Since he was 10 years old, Sam’s curiosity about the following three subjects has helped to shape his life: “God’s past and present relationship with mankind, technology, and the past & present global condition of Black (African) people. Therefore, Sam uses his acquired knowledge of the above three components in projects designed for the spiritual uplift; self-empowerment and equitable, fair treatment of Black Americans; as well as true freedom and self-determination of Black/African people in the diaspora.

Sam’s work experience includes the following: Life insurance and annuities agent, Electromagnetic Interference & Compatibility (EMI/EMC) Engineering, RF sensor development planning, electronic technician, electrical safety training.

Sam’s experience in Black and Pan-African affairs include, the Student Association for cultural Development (SACD: While a Student at Florida A & M University), supporter of Paul Yeboah’s Ghana Permaculture Network, community Church organizer, and his current position as Assistant convener to “THE One Million Conscious & Conscientious Black Contributors & Voters: known as “THE One Million” for short.

THE One Million, co-founded by, Amefika Geuka and James Clingman of the U.S., was created to promote self-empowerment, in all positive areas of life, among people of African descent, starting in the U.S. The co-founders of “THE One Million, now esteemed elders, remain an invaluable source of guidance, wisdom, and inspiration to Sam.
