BIG SCAM ARTIST SAMUEL DAVID LEHRER AND JUAN OSORIO

Beware of these scam artist. They do not use their real name. SamuelDavid Lehrer (Goes by David) & Juan Osorio (Goes by Carlos) areorganized criminals. Samuel David Lehrer & Juan Osorio have other people working for them. Scammingpeople all over the USA. Samuel David Lehrer & Juan Osorio sell cosmetic laser equipment for hundredthousands of Dollar and send you machines that are broken, missing parts,machines that dont work, and at times Samuel David Lehrer & JuanOsorio never even send you themachines. Samuel David Lehrer & Juan Osorio should be in jail.
I first spoke to Carlos S. (real name is Juan Osorio)in March 20thwanting to purchase laser equipment for my first new business. On March 24, Iflew to Florida to make sure this company is legit. At first Juan (Carlos) wasthe sales rep from heaven. He always got back to me even at 1am , offeredpicking me up from the airport, taking care of my reservations, etc.
03/24/16 after getting the payment everything changed. My machines were tosupposed to arrive 03/30/2016 and Juan(Carlos) was to come install and train methe following day.
03/30/2016 NOTHING SHOWED UP. Juan (Carlos) was ignoring my phone calls.When he finally did I told him to keep his machines and send me my money. And Iwill purchase from somewhere else. Then he sends me info regarding othercompanies all a bunch of lies he & his criminal friend made up about otherbusiness.
04/04/2016 I received the shipment and I was very happy. I opened the crateto see 3 out 4 machines. and the 3 machine dont work. I contacted Carlos(Juan)and he ignores my messages & calls. I insisted on speak to the other ownerDavid (real name: Samuel David Lehrer) when I received a call back from SamuelI googled his number and saw all the scams these criminals have committed.
These criminals took all the money I saved for my my new business and leftme with machines that do not work and a zero bank account.
Beware as these people keep changing their company name, and dont use theirreal name. Be ware of:

- The website for cosmedical lasers mentions they are located in Georgia.However, the address I was given was Florida.
