Samuele Bariani

I am a Registered Psychotherapy in Toronto and a Professional Counsellor in Milan. My office is located at 720 Spadina Ave, Toronto, ON M5S 2T9.

I provide in person and online therapy from Monday to Friday. I am fluent in English and Italian and I can speak functional Spanish.

My experience includes working with individuals, couples and families who faced a variety of different issues such as anxiety, stress management, sadness, worries, emotional regulation, loneliness, relationships and family concerns, parenting, and spirituality. I work from a client centered, anti-oppressive and trauma informed perspective. I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Being Italian and having lived abroad for over 12 years has given me the opportunity to understand the challenges of becoming immersed in a new culture. Therefore, I have a deep specific interest in supporting people who deal with the challenges of being a foreigner, immigrant or newcomer. I believe we are not called to this journey alone and there are times in our lives when we may need to reach out for help.
