I am an experienced HR professional who embarked on this journey as an intern in 2019 and currently holds the position of HR Generalist at Theraplant, a leading cannabis manufacturer. In this role, I orchestrate recruitment activities, manage payroll operations, and strive to cultivate a positive workplace culture with a focus on employee well-being. My commitment to professional development is demonstrated by my pursuit of an MBA at Quinnipiac University, complementing my B.S. in Business Management earned from Roger Williams University in 2021.

Beyond the professional realm, I am passionate about sports, both as a participant and an avid spectator. I also enjoy exploring social media trends on platforms like TikTok and relish moments spent with friends and family. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through gym workouts is a priority, and I have a keen interest in travel, particularly to European destinations. These diverse interests complement my dedication to creating positive work environments and contributing to organizational success.
