I went from playing full-time hockey to launching two self-funded small businesses in less than a year. I ended up working at my computer for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Knowing how terrible sitting is for our health, I decided to lodge my old car tires under my desk to work standing. Standing in front of a computer for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week turns out to have its downsides as well. That’s when I decided to focus all my energy on a new venture; ergonofis.
