I am Samuel Hagos, a third-year Master of Divinity student at Beeson Divinity School of Samford University, preparing for pastoral ministry. I am a Research Assistant to the Dean and serve as an Associate Minister at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Bessemer, Alabama.
Vocationally, I see my ministerial and academic callings as interrelated and complementary. My academic interests lie at the intersection of religion and race in America.
